The Temptation of Drinking

We can all agree that being able to break quarantine is something worth celebrating! How then do we deal with the temptation of drinking when it comes to this and future events?

  • What are you celebrating?
  • Will alcohol add to this in anyway?
  • Have a plan in place!

Hitting The Brick Wall

Is there a certain number of days alcohol free that you just can’t get past? Why is that?

  • Tune into your thoughts and emotions around the temptation of drinking after x number of days.
  • Avoid hard limits.
  • Get curious instead of critical.

Why Doesn’t Everyone Get Addicted?

If alcohol is an addictive drug, shouldn’t everyone get hooked on it?
