Debi Talert of Jumpseat Coaching has started The Sober Curious podcast. Debi found that her flight attendant lifestyle was contributing to drinking too much. I can certainly relate to having your career fuel your drinking. I’m honored she invited me to join her in discussing finding freedom from alcohol.

No Shame, No Judgement

I’m known for saying that alcohol is the only drug you have to justify not taking. Not here. Not with me. No shame. No judgement. I say live your best life aware and unaltered by alcohol or any other substance.
