Ingredients:

2 medium ripe bananas (cut in chunks)

2 tsp lime juice

1 tsp alcohol-free rum extract or alcohol-free vanilla extract

1/2 cup cold coconut water

6-8 large ice cubes

For garnish – lime slices, paper umbrellas, whipped cream, etc

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and combine until the mixture is smooth.

Pour into 2 tall glasses. Garnish with lime slices, paper umbrellas, whipped cream, or your garnishes of choice.

Avena Caliente

Ingredients:

½ cup old-fashioned or rolled oats

4 cup water

¼ teaspoon salt

4 cups milk (whole)

2 cinnamon sticks

6 cloves

1/2 teaspoon allspice

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ to 1/2 cup brown sugar (sweeten to taste)

Directions:

Mix the water, milk, salt, and oats in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and almost all of the oatmeal has dissolved.

In a large pot, heat the oat and milk mixture with the spices over medium heat while stirring constantly. Do not add the sugar yet!

Once the mixture begins boiling reduce heat to low and allow to simmer. Continue stirring occasionally and simmering until the mixture has reduced in half (around 10 minutes). Add sugar and serve warm. (You can choose to strain before serving if desired!)

Sparkling Sangria

Ingredients:
Fresh blackberries

Fresh apple slices

Fresh lemon slices

2 cups blackberry juice

2 cups white grape juice

1 cup apple juice

1/2 cup lemon juice

4 cups sparkling mineral water

Directions:

In a large pitcher, add the blackberries, apple slices, and lemon slices. Pour the blackberry juice, white grape juice, apple juice, and lemon juice on top. Stir well.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Just before serving, add the sparkling mineral water. Mix well.

Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

Directions:

Place a glass in the freezer.

In a cocktail shaker or lidded jar without ice, combine the ginger beer or ginger ale, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice

Dry shake (shake without ice) to mix the ingredients.

Fill your chilled glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
