Coaching Questions with Scott Pinyard

I think I’m ready to quit drinking but with the pandemic am I just setting myself up to fail? I was 30 days alcohol free when we started quarantining and I caved when I got anxious; how can I turn my anger into motivation? I did the Live Alcohol Experiment but as soon as it ended I felt the pull to drink; how can I stay motivated beyond the 30 days?
