With more than 25 years as a professional communicator and executive coach, Tom Keppeler brings a unique blend of humor, compassion, and storytelling to his practice helping clients change their relationships with alcohol.
Tom began his curiosity about alcohol in the mid-2010s, and tried everything from reducing alcohol to a nearly two-year attempt at quitting cold turkey. Knowing there must be a better way, he discovered “This Naked Mind” in early 2020 and quit on February 10, 2020. He set out to make the most of the lockdown phase of the Covid-19 pandemic by untangling the reasons behind why he drank to begin with, with an eye toward creating a powerful and lasting commitment to sobriety. The journey led him to lose over 70 pounds, establish healthier habits, and completely rebuild his approach to life and happiness.
When not working full-time as a corporate strategic communications professional or consulting as a certified This Naked Mind coach, Tom enjoys working on old houses and cars — including his prized 1957 Chevy Bel Air — traveling, and enjoying live music.
He offers coaching around alcohol and associated addictions for executives and entrepreneurs, as well as the LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous communities. He works with clients to identify limiting thoughts and beliefs to help them achieve liberation from alcohol, define happiness and success in their own terms, and move swiftly toward a better, richer, more fulfilling life.
