Carolyn’s made a career of raising three boys. She and her husband created, organized, and ran a Nebraska youth baseball league for 11 years with their business partners. In her free time, she enjoys nature walks, meditation, attending sporting events, and volunteering with the Red Cross.
Carolyn began drinking heavily to deal with stress and nearly ruined her health in the process. Autoimmune disease entered her life, and she feels it was a blessing. It made her take a long, hard look at her relationship with alcohol. She’s made it her mission to improve her mental, physical, and spiritual health and to share what she’s learning with her clients.
Carolyn’s niche is women who believe drinking is ruining their health. Her focus is on the autoimmune community and empaths who carry the weight of the world on their shoulders.
