Carol Ray


Carol is an ethical vegan, and is devoted to helping vegan, veg-curious, and plant-based women in midlife & menopause go from foggy and frazzled to energized and dazzling by helping them gain freedom from unhelpful, long-held beliefs that lead to (over) eating and alcohol use. 

Carol’s journey was a winding one that started with years of debilitating back and hip pain that she eventually realized was rooted in repressed emotions such as sadness, anger, and fear. That uncovering didn’t stop her from continuing to indulge in unhelpful eating and drinking patterns, though. Just because she realized she was repressing emotions doesn’t mean she had any healthy or helpful tools for dealing with them! On her quest to regain control of her health and life, she discovered that these long-held beliefs were at the root of her destructive behavior patterns.  Now, she’s passionate about living in alignment with her values, and about helping others gain this kind of freedom for themselves, sooner rather than later!

In addition to her TNM certification, Carol is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with advanced certificates in Emotional Eating Psychology, Gut Health, and Hormone Health. She is a Positive Intelligence for Mental Fitness Coach as well as a Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator. She lives in the Pacific Northwest and being outdoors and active will put a huge smile on her face, whether it’s meandering, pensive strolls through the woods or mountain biking, snowboarding, or trail running.
