Singapore Spring Mocktail

Singapore Spring Fun Spring Mocktails

This booze-free Singapore Spring mocktail looks as good as it tastes. Vibrant colors along with bold states combine for a refreshing and rejuvenating treat! It smells like a tropical paradise, with the sweet scent of pineapple and the tartness of lime. The taste is refreshing and delicious, with a perfect balance of sweet and sour. The non-alcoholic Singapore Spring mocktail is a perfect drink for any occasion, whether you’re looking for a refreshing drink to sip on outside in the garden or a festive drink to enjoy at a party.

You’ll need –

3/4 c pomegranate juice

a splash of grenadine

1/2 c mango juice or nectar

1/2 c pineapple juice

2 Tbs lime juice (fresh-squeezed is best)

1/4 to 1/3 c sparkling water

pineapple wedges (for garnish)


Instructions:
Mix together all your juices and grenadine in an ice-filled pitcher. Fill 4 Collins glasses with ice and pour equally among the glasses. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with pineapple wedges.

3 ounces orange juice; without pulp

2 ounces grapefruit juice; 100% juice

1 ounce cherry juice; 100% juice

2 ounces mineral water

3/4 ounce alcohol-free mezcal

3/4 ounce lime juice

orange and thyme for garnish

Instructions:

Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour in the grapefruit juice, orange juice, lime juice, non-alcoholic mezcal, and cherry juice. Top with mineral water. Garnish with an orange slice and sprig of thyme.


Basil Lemon-Limeade

4 cups water

Ice

Basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the basil leaves, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice and garnish with basil leaves.

Ingredients:

2 ounces juniper water or syrup (use water for a less sweet option)

1 ounce lime juice

2 dashes celery bitters

4 ounces sparkling water

Celery stalk, for garnish

Instructions:

In a shaker with ice, combine the juniper water or syrup, lime juice, and celery bitters. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a celery stalk.


New York Sour Mocktail

Back when Annie was living in New York, she always looked forward to Spring arriving. It broke up the dreariness of a city winter! This New York Sour Mocktail is also a great way to celebrate spring! It is made with non-alcoholic whiskey tea, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white, and it is perfect for a treat at home or as a sophisticated option for partygoers. The non-alcoholic whiskey tea provides the drink with a smooth and mellow flavor, the lemon juice gives it a tart and refreshing taste, the maple syrup balances out the tartness of the lemon juice, and the egg white gives it a frothy head. Mix up your own and start sipping!

Ingredients:

For the whiskey tea –

3 Tsp Assam Black Tea

1 Tsp Single Malt (Non-Alcoholic)

1 cup water

Pinch Of Cinnamon

You’ll also need –

3/4 ounce lemon juice

3/4 ounce maple syrup

1 egg white

1/4 ounce grenadine

Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:

To make the whiskey tea you’ll need to steep the tea, malt, and cinnamon in room-temperature water for one hour. Next, strain the mixture and refrigerate until cold.

To make the mocktail you’ll combine the non-alcoholic whiskey tea, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Slowly pour the grenadine over the back of a spoon to create a layer on top of the drink. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
